      DELCO pneumatiske NPT gevindkontrolvinkelsædeventiler

      Pneumatic Operated Vinkelsædeventiler with NPT connections, available in Normally Closed (NC) or Normally Open (NO) configurations, featuring a spring return mechanism and a 63 mm actuator. In the NC configuration, the valve remains closed due to spring force and opens when the piston is actuated by compressed air. Conversely, in the NO configuration, the valve stays open with spring force and closes when actuated by compressed air. For the double-acting type, both opening and closing actions are controlled by compressed air. These 2-way pneumatic operated valves are suitable for controlling the flow of liquids, gases, and steam.

        This compact pneumatic control angle seat valve is designed for high flow applications and features advanced piston sealing with a position indicator. It includes an NPT thread connection, ensuring secure and reliable installation. The valve offers a 360° rotatable pilot connection, allowing for flexible installation in any position. Capable of handling neutral gases and air, it provides a high cycle life and superior performance compared to traditional ball valves.

        Types and Working Principles

        Single Acting Valve (Spring Return): The single acting valve, available in normally open or normally closed configurations, relies on a spring to return to its default position. Its pneumatic head typically features a single hole, and the operation is controlled by the spring, which dictates the opening and closing of the valve based on the air supply.
        Double Acting Valve: The double acting valve generally has two holes in its pneumatic head and is directly controlled by the air supply for precise switching. For enhanced accuracy, a combination of double acting and spring return can be selected according to customer requirements.
