      DELCO Explosion Proof Electric Actuator PVC Ball Valve with Hanlde Wheel

      QT Series Electric Actuator is used to control valves with 0° – 270° rotation and other similar products, such as butterfly valves, ball valves, air throttles, baffle valves, plug valves and shutter valves. It can be widely applied in petroleum, chemical engineering, water treatment, shipbuilding, paper, power stations, heat supply, building automation, light industry and other industries.

      Driven by 380V/220V/110V AC power and controlled with 4一20mA current signals or 0- 10V DC voltage signals, it can make the valve move to the required position for automatic control. The maximum output torque is up to 2,000N.M (The product has been certified by explosion-proofcertification, with guaranteed quality).

        Housing: Made from hard aluminum alloy with anodic oxidation and polyester powder coating for strong corrosion resistance. Meets IP67, NEMA4, and 6 standards, with optional IP68 and explosion-proof types.

        Motor: Compact, high-torque squirrel-cage motor with insulation class F and built-in thermal protection to prevent overheating.

        Manual Structure: Corrosion-resistant housing. Meets IP67, NEMA4, and 6 standards, with optional IP68 and explosion-proof types.

        Indicator: Central shaft-mounted indicator with a convex lens for easy valve position observation.

        Dryer: Prevents condensation inside the actuator by controlling temperature, keeping electrical components dry.

        Digital Display: LCD screen provides real-time valve position updates.

        Phase Adjustment: Automatically detects three-phase power sequence.

        Limit Switch: Mechanical and electronic limits for precise and reliable position setting.

        Torque Switch: Overload protection disconnects motor power in case of clogging (except QT-005/008/010).

        Self-locking: Precision double worm gear mechanism ensures efficiency, low noise, long life, and self-locking. Pre-filled with high-performance grease.

        Anti-off Bolt: Bolts remain attached to housing when removed. External bolts are stainless steel.

        Installation: Compliant with ISO 5211, adaptable for vertical or horizontal installation.

        Circuit: Designed for single-phase or three-phase power, with compact layout and customizable passive contact outputs.

        Intelligent Module: Integrated control panel with low power consumption, isolated from motor heat for better performance.
