      DELCO Manual Fluorine Lining Flange Ball Valve

      DELCO Manual Fluorine lining flange ball valves are commonly used in modern corrosion-resistant industrial conveyor lines. The internal passages of the valves and all parts in contact with the fluid are made of high-quality fluorine lining materials, which provide excellent corrosion resistance. The valve’s resilient lip seal seat is skillfully designed to not only retain the advantages of traditional ball valves, but also maintain high sealing performance and low operating torque under a certain range of significant differential pressure and temperature changes. During operation, the ball center and sealing surface rotate without clearance, providing a good seal, suitable for piping connections and fluid control, often used to transport liquids and gases (including steam) in industrial pipelines.

         DELCO fluorine lined ball valves use a round ball with a through hole as the opening and closing element to open and close the valve by rotating around the centerline of the valve body. The special molding process ensures a dense sealing surface and good sealing, and zero leakage can be achieved when used in combination with PTFE V-seals. The ball and stem are cast in one piece, completely eliminating the potential safety hazard of the stem falling off the pressure-resistant element due to pressure changes. The all-plastic lining process ensures that the valve is able to withstand the severe corrosion of media in industrial pipelines.
