This robust 3-Way Flanged Ball Valve provides efficient flow diversion or mixing in a single valve body, eliminating the need for complex multi-valve piping arrangements. Constructed from Stainless Steel CF8 (304) or CF8M (316), it features an ISO 5211 mounting pad for easy automation and is available in both L-Port (Diverting) and T-Port (Mixing) configurations.
Features
A versatile 3-way stainless steel ball valve (L/T Port) with ISO 5211 mounting, designed to simplify piping for flow diversion and mixing applications.
✅Flexible Flow Control (L/T Port): Available with an L-Port ball for diverting flow from one tank to another (90° turn), or a T-Port ball for mixing two streams or splitting one stream into two, replacing two standard 2-Way Ball Valves with a single unit.
✅Cost-Saving Piping Layout: By combining functions into one body, this 3-way valve significantly reduces the number of fittings, welds, and installation time required compared to building a complex manifold with multiple Gate Valves.
✅ISO 5211 Direct Mount: The integral mounting pad allows for the direct installation of a manual lever or Pneumatic/Electric Actuator, making it easy to upgrade from manual to automated control for batch processing systems.
✅Rugged Stainless Steel Body: Cast from corrosion-resistant CF8 (304) or CF8M (316), it withstands aggressive media like chemicals and solvents better than Cast Iron Valves, ensuring a long service life in harsh environments.
✅Leak-Proof 4-Seat Design: Unlike some 3-way valves with only two seats, this design features four PTFE seats (one for each port plus a blind seat), ensuring positive sealing at any port position and preventing cross-contamination between streams.
