This manual flanged ball valve is upgraded with a Limit Switch Box to bridge the gap between manual operation and automated monitoring. Constructed from Stainless Steel CF8 (304) or CF8M (316), it allows operators to manually control flow while sending real-time Open/Closed electrical signals to a control room or PLC, ensuring system safety and status visibility.

✅Remote Position Feedback: Unlike a standard [Manual Ball Valve] which offers no status indication, the integrated Limit Switch Box (APL-210N type) transmits electrical signals to the control system, confirming if the valve is fully open or closed.
✅Visual Indicator: The switch box features a high-visibility Beacon Indicator (Dome) on top, allowing operators to verify the valve's status from a distance (Yellow=Open, Red=Closed) without needing to inspect the handle position closely.
✅Stainless Steel Body: Cast from durable CF8 (SS304) or CF8M (SS316), this 2-piece flanged valve resists corrosion from water, oil, and mild chemicals, ensuring a longer service life than Cast Iron Valves.
✅ISO 5211 Direct Mounting: The valve body includes an ISO 5211 mounting pad, which not only supports the switch box bracket but also makes the valve "automation-ready" for easy conversion to a [Pneumatic Actuator] in the future.
✅Enhanced Safety: Ideal for critical isolation points where accidental misoperation could be dangerous; the feedback signal can be interlocked with pumps or alarms to prevent system startup if the valve is in the wrong position.
