The DELCO DIN Bellows Seal Globe Valve is the ultimate safety solution for hazardous media, featuring a hermetic metallic bellows seal that guarantees zero stem leakage. Built to DIN Standard (PN16/PN40) specifications, it is available in Stainless Steel (1.4408) or Cast Steel (1.0619) bodies with threaded connections (G/BSPT/NPT), ideal for steam, thermal oil, and toxic fluid lines.
Features
A DIN-standard bellows seal globe valve available in SS316 or WCB, designed for zero-leakage control of steam and thermal oil up to PN40 pressure.
✅Zero Fugitive Emissions: The multi-layered Stainless Steel Bellows forms a physical barrier around the stem, ensuring absolute zero leakage to the atmosphere, vastly superior to standard Gland Packing Globe Valves for toxic or flammable media.
✅DIN Standard Compliance: Manufactured strictly to DIN standards with pressure ratings of PN16, PN25, or PN40, ensuring perfect compatibility with European specification pipelines and equipment.
✅Dual Sealing Protection: Features a redundant safety design with both a primary bellows seal and a secondary graphite packing gland, providing backup sealing even if the bellows is compromised.
✅Wide Material Selection: Available in Cast Steel (WCB/1.0619) for general steam/oil applications or Stainless Steel (SS316/1.4408) for corrosive chemical resistance.
✅Versatile Threaded Ends: Unlike typical flanged DIN valves, this series offers G, BSPT, or NPT threaded connections (DN06-DN100), providing flexibility for smaller instrument lines or compact skids.
