Featuring a robust 3-piece bolted body construction and rated for Class 800 service (up to 138 bar), it delivers superior strength and zero-leakage reliability for oil, gas, and hydraulic systems where cast valves might fail.

✅Forged A105 Construction: Unlike standard Cast Iron Ball Valves which can be brittle, the forged A105 body eliminates porosity and defects, offering exceptional tensile strength for high-pressure/temperature safety.
✅High Pressure Rating (Class 800): Engineered to handle working pressures up to 2000 PSI (Class 800), making it far superior to standard PN16 valves for steam traps, hydraulic lines, and high-pressure gas isolation.
✅3-Piece Bolted Body: The heavy-duty 3-piece design allows for inline maintenance (swing-out capability) and easy seat replacement without removing the entire valve from the pipeline, reducing downtime.
✅Fire-Safe Design: Built in compliance with API 607 standards, featuring a secondary metal-to-metal seat that ensures a seal even if the primary soft seat is destroyed by fire—critical for refinery safety.
✅Blowout-Proof Stem: Features a bottom-loaded stem that cannot be blown out by internal pressure, providing maximum safety for operators working near high-pressure lines.
