Engineered for critical high-pressure isolation, this valve combines the density of a Forged Steel body with the convenience of standard flanged ends. Rated for Class 150 through 600LB (PN40-PN100), it offers superior structural integrity over cast valves (WCB) for small-bore piping from DN06 to DN100.

✅Forged Body Reliability: Manufactured from Forged Steel (A105/F304) to eliminate porosity risks, ensuring leak-free performance under higher pressures (Class 150-600LB) compared to cast counterparts.
✅Flanged Installation: Integrates standard RF/RTJ flanges into the forged body, solving the difficulty of welding small valves on-site while maintaining high-pressure ratings.
✅Precise Flow Control: The optimized plug design allows for accurate linear throttling, making it ideal for regulating steam and process fluids where a simple Gate Valve is insufficient.
✅Versatile Auxiliary Ports: Can be customized with G / BSPT / NPT threaded ends or auxiliary ports for gauge mounting and draining without compromising the main flanged connection.
✅Broad Material Compatibility: Available in Forged Carbon Steel for high-temp steam and Forged Stainless Steel for corrosive chemical lines, matching diverse industrial requirements.
