DELCO H42W vertical lift check valve is designed specifically for vertical pipelines with upward flow. It utilizes a spring-assisted or gravity-based disc to open with flow and close instantly upon flow cessation, effectively preventing backflow and protecting pumps in water supply and industrial systems.

✅Dedicated vertical installation: Designed strictly for vertical pipes with bottom-to-top flow, ensuring the disc aligns perfectly with gravity for reliable sealing.
✅Quick-closing action: The lift-type disc travels a short distance and reseats instantly when flow stops, minimizing water hammer risk compared to swing types.
✅Robust guided disc: The internal guide ensures the disc moves smoothly without tilting or jamming, even under high flow velocities.
✅Wide material options: Available in WCB for general service and CF8/CF8M stainless steel for corrosive or clean water applications (as shown in the image).
✅Pump protection partner: Ideally installed directly above a (submersible pump) or booster pump to prevent backspin, and often paired with a (gate valve) for isolation during maintenance.
