A heavy-duty 6000 PSI needle valve with a non-rotating stem tip, providing precise flow throttling and bubble-tight shutoff in high-pressure systems.
✅High Pressure/Temp Rating: Built to withstand working pressures up to 6000 PSI (or 10,000 PSI option) and temperatures up to 648°C (with Graphoil packing), making it the ideal choice for instrument isolation in power plants and refineries.
✅Precision Flow Control: The fine-pitch stem thread allows for accurate adjustment of flow rates, making it superior to Ball Valves for throttling applications in sampling lines or gauge calibration.
✅Non-Rotating Stem Tip: Designed with a non-rotating (swivel) stem tip that prevents galling and seat damage during closure, significantly extending the valve's life cycle compared to standard rotating-tip valves.
✅Robust Bar Stock Body: Machined from a single piece of heavy-duty hexagonal or square bar stock, eliminating the porosity risks of castings and ensuring maximum structural integrity under high stress.
