Designed to prevent medium solidification, this manual integral jacketed ball valve features a welded heating jacket that covers the entire valve body. Constructed from Stainless Steel (CF8/CF8M) with threaded steam ports, it ensures consistent flow for viscous fluids like chocolate, resin, and bitumen by maintaining process temperatures.

A fully jacketed, integral stainless steel ball valve designed to circulate steam or thermal oil, preventing crystallization in high-viscosity media.
✅Integral Jacket Design: Features a "body-within-a-body" welded jacket construction that eliminates cold spots, allowing hot steam or oil to circulate around the ball and seats to keep media molten.
✅High-Grade Material: Manufactured from corrosion-resistant Stainless Steel CF8 (304) or CF8M (316), ensuring hygiene for food applications (chocolate/syrup) and durability for chemical lines.
✅Efficient Heating Ports: Equipped with two welded threaded bosses (inlet/outlet) on the jacket side, enabling easy connection to steam or thermal oil supply lines for efficient heat transfer.
✅Low Torque Operation: Unlike a heavy-duty Jacketed Plug Valve which can be difficult to turn, this ball valve offers lower operating torque for easier manual control in viscous fluid lines.
✅Standard Pressure Rating: Rated for PN16 / Class 150 service, making it compatible with standard industrial heating loops and piping systems without requiring over-spec flanges.
