✅High Vacuum Sealing: Features specially machined ball and seat surfaces with low-permeability packing (PTFE/PPL) to withstand high vacuum conditions (negative pressure) without the inward leakage common in standard Industrial Ball Valves.
✅Extended Flange Design: Equipped with extended welded flanges that isolate the sealing area from installation heat and stress, preventing distortion that could compromise the vacuum integrity during system assembly.
✅Helium Leak Tested: Each valve undergoes rigorous Helium leak testing to ensure a leak rate better than 1 x 10⁻⁶ mbar·L/s, guaranteeing reliability for ultra-clean vacuum environments.
✅Low Outgassing Material: Manufactured from high-grade Stainless Steel 304 or 316L with a surface finish optimized to minimize outgassing, reducing pump-down time and maintaining system purity.
✅ISO 5211 Automation Ready: Includes an ISO 5211 mounting pad, allowing the manual handle to be easily replaced with a Pneumatic Actuator for automated vacuum cycling in batch processing chambers.
