Ideal for larger processing lines where clamps might be insufficient, it offers robust diverting or mixing capabilities while maintaining a bacteria-resistant surface finish.

✅Secure Flanged Connections: Unlike quick-release clamps, the bolted flanged ends provide a permanent, vibration-proof seal ideal for high-pressure sanitary lines where accidental disconnection must be prevented, offering greater safety than standard Tri-Clamp Valves.
✅Sanitary Polished Finish: All wetted surfaces are precision polished to Ra < 0.8µm, ensuring a smooth, crevice-free interior that resists biofilm accumulation and cleans easily, far superior to the rough surface of Carbon Steel Valves.
✅Versatile 3-Way Flow Control: Configurable with an L-Port ball for 90° flow diversion or a T-Port ball for mixing/splitting, allowing efficient routing of viscous fluids like syrup or shampoo without dead legs.
✅316L Grade Stainless Steel: Manufactured from premium SS316L, known for its low carbon content and exceptional resistance to pitting corrosion from chlorides and sanitizing agents used in CIP cycles.
