✅Hygienic Tri-Clamp Connections: Equipped with standard sanitary clamp ferrules (Tri-Clamp), allowing for tool-free installation and removal in seconds, significantly faster than bolted Flanged Ball Valves, ideal for lines requiring daily cleaning.
✅High-Purity 316L Material: Manufactured from low-carbon Stainless Steel 316L, which offers superior corrosion resistance and prevents carbide precipitation during welding, ensuring purity for milk, beer, and biotech applications.
✅Polished Surface Finish: Both internal and external surfaces are precision polished (Ra ≤ 0.8µm) to eliminate rough spots where bacteria could grow, meeting FDA and GMP standards unlike rough-cast [Industrial Ball Valves].
✅3-Piece Swing-Out Design: The 3-piece bolted body allows the center section to be easily removed for deep cleaning or seal replacement without disturbing the piping alignment, a critical feature for maintaining sterility.
