Constructed from Stainless Steel CF8M (316) with a robust 2-piece split body design, it ensures reliable isolation for corrosive fluids from DN15 to DN200.

✅Worm Gear Operation: Equipped with a manual gearbox that converts handwheel rotation into high output torque, making it significantly easier to open/close large valves (DN80+) compared to a long lever handle.
✅Premium Material (CF8M): Cast from high-grade Stainless Steel 316 (CF8M), offering superior corrosion resistance against chlorides and acids compared to standard [Carbon Steel Ball Valves].
✅2-Piece Split Body: The full-port 2-piece design allows for easy maintenance and inspection of internal components, providing a higher flow coefficient (Cv) than reduced-port valves.
✅ISO 5211 Direct Mount: Features a standard ISO 5211 mounting pad interface (as seen with the bracket), allowing the gearbox to be easily replaced with an electric or pneumatic actuator for future automation upgrades.
✅Reliable Sealing: Designed with a blowout-proof stem and PTFE/RPTFE seats, ensuring bubble-tight shutoff (Zero Leakage) at pressures up to PN40, ideal for process control lines.
