Designed for high-integrity piping systems where leakage is zero-tolerance, this 3-Piece Welded Ball Valve features Socket Weld (SW) or Butt Weld (BW) ends. Available in Stainless Steel (CF8M/1.4408) or Forged Steel (A105), its welded connection eliminates potential leak paths found in threaded valves, while the 3-piece design still permits easy maintenance.
Features
A high-pressure welded ball valve (SW/BW) that ensures a permanently leak-proof joint while allowing inline maintenance via its swing-out body.
✅Leak-Proof Welded Connections: Unlike Threaded Ball Valves which may loosen under vibration, the Socket Weld or Butt Weld ends are permanently fused to the pipeline, offering the highest level of joint integrity for high-pressure steam or toxic gas.
✅3-Piece Swing-Out Body: Crucial for welded valves; allows the center body to be removed for seat replacement by simply loosening the bolts, without needing to cut the valve out of the line—a massive maintenance advantage over 1-Piece Welded Valves.
✅High-Performance Materials: Available in precision cast Stainless Steel 316 (CF8M/1.4408) for corrosion resistance (PN63) or heavy-duty Forged Steel A105 (Class 800) for high-pressure hydraulic and petroleum applications.
✅Blowout-Proof Stem: Designed with a bottom-loaded stem that prevents ejection under high internal pressure, ensuring operator safety even during pressure surges in boiler feed or refinery lines.
✅Full Port Flow: The full bore design matches the schedule of the pipe, minimizing turbulence and pressure drop, which is essential for maximizing efficiency in high-velocity steam or liquid lines.
