DK07 Series Pilot Diaphragm Solenoid Valve for General Industrial Fluids
The DELCO DK07 Series is a highly versatile Pilot Operated Diaphragm Solenoid Valve designed for controlling air, gas, water, and oil. Featuring a zero pressure start capability (0.03 MPa minimum) and a high maximum pressure of 1.6 MPa, it is ideal for medium-to-large flow systems. Available in Stainless Steel or Brass body construction with multiple seal options (NBR, EPDM, VITON) to cover temperatures up to 120 ℃.

Low-Pressure Zero-Start and High Flow Diaphragm Design
✅ Pilot Operated Diaphragm Structure: This design utilizes a small pilot orifice to control a large diaphragm, allowing the valve to manage a high flow capacity while requiring only a low minimum operating pressure of 0.03 MPa.
✅ Wide Working Pressure Range: The valve operates effectively from near zero pressure up to a maximum of 1.6MPa. This makes it highly flexible for use in gravity-fed systems, low-pressure reservoirs, and general medium-pressure industrial applications.
✅ Broad Media and Temperature Compatibility: With three sealing options—NBR (up to 80℃ for air/water/oil), EPDM (100℃ for hot water), and VITON (120 ℃ for fuel/oil)—the DK07 can handle a vast range of common industrial media.
✅ Dual Connection and Large Size Capability: The valve offers Threaded connections from 3/8"to 2"and Flanged connections for larger pipeline sizes up to 8". This versatility allows for high-volume flow control in major system installations.
✅ 100% ED Continuous Duty Coil: Equipped with reliable coils (22 VA/AC), the valve is rated for 100% ED (Continuous Duty). This ensures long-term operational stability and prevents coil burnout during extended periods of continuous energization.
