✅ Precision Throttling and Flow Control Capability: The unique V-shaped ball design, combined with a 90-degree rotary action, allows for not only reliable on/off service but also highly accurate throttling and flow regulation, ensuring process stability.
✅ Durable, Corrosion-Resistant Construction: The valve body is constructed from hard aluminum alloy, treated with hard anodic oxidation and coated with Polyester powder, providing superior corrosion resistance and a high-performance IP65 waterproof rating.
✅ High-Efficiency Self-Locking Actuator: An accurate turbo-worm gear structure delivers large output torque efficiently and with low noise (Max. 50 decibels). The inherent self-lock function prevents reverse rotation, ensuring the valve position is securely maintained.
✅ Powerful Motor with Overheat Protection: The actuator utilizes a fully enclosed, cage-type motor with a large torque and small inertia. This motor features F-grade insulation to effectively prevent overheating and guarantee a long, dependable service life.
