The DELCO Pneumatic Gate Valve is designed for reliable full open or full closed control, featuring extremely low flow resistance and a long service life. Driven by a robust pneumatic piston actuator, this valve is ideal for clean fluids and demanding environments, handling temperatures from -196 ℃ up to 500 ℃ and pressures up to PN6.4(6.4 MPa). Its straight-through flow path ensures minimal pressure drop in main process lines.

Low Flow Resistance and Extreme Temperature Rating
✅ Minimal Flow Resistance (Full Bore): When fully open, the gate valve provides a straight-through flow path with the gate completely lifted out of the media stream. This results in negligible pressure drop across the valve, making it highly energy efficient for high-volume liquid and gas transport.
✅ Extreme Environment Suitability: Built to withstand severe industrial conditions, this valve is suitable for cryogenic services down to -196 ℃ and high-temperature steam/oil up to 500 ℃ (material dependent). Options include insulation sleeves to prevent media condensation.
✅ High-Pressure Cut-Off Capability: Available in pressure classes up to PN6.4 (6.4 MPa). The closing action requires an external force (from the actuator) to seat the gate, ensuring a tight shut-off, available with metal hard seals (e.g., Stellite alloy welding) or EPDM soft seals.
✅ Pneumatic Automation: Operated by a powerful Pneumatic Piston Actuator (gas source 4-8 bar), the valve provides fast and reliable on/off function. Available in Double Acting (air open/air close) or Single Acting (spring reset) configurations.
✅ Durable Construction and Size Range: Main components (Body and Gate) are available in Stainless Steel 304/316 and WCB for strength and corrosion resistance. Sizes range from DN50 up to a large DN500, accommodating most industrial pipeline sizes.
