The DELCO Electric Lugged Butterfly Valve is a high-performance automated valve widely used for cutting off or regulating medium flow in industrial pipelines spanning low, medium, and high-pressure applications across industries like steel, petroleum, chemical, and power. It features a unique two-dimensional eccentric inclined conical seat seal and a stacked metal/elastic material seal on the disc, ensuring zero leakage, low friction, and a long service life. The integrated electric actuator enables reliable and precise automation control.

High-Performance Eccentric Sealing and Automation Integration
✅ High-Performance Eccentric Sealing Structure: The valve utilizes a two-dimensional eccentric inclined conical seat seal design. This is combined with a composite seal ring (stacked metal sheet and elastic material) on the disc, ensuring a reliable, "tighter-as-it-closes" sealing function with minimal leakage.
✅ Low Friction and Extended Life: During the opening/closing stroke, the disc's eccentric movement compresses the seal, resulting in low frictional resistance on the sealing surface. As the valve opens, the sealing surfaces immediately separate, preventing damage and significantly extending the valve's operational lifespan.
✅ Lugged Connection for Easy Maintenance: The Lugged connection style provides a sturdy mounting structure and allows the piping on one side of the valve to be disassembled for maintenance without disturbing the flange on the opposite side, simplifying pipeline servicing.
✅ Integrated Electric Automation: Equipped with a dedicated electric actuator, the valve achieves precise 0-90° rotation. It supports both ON/OFF Type control (for quick isolation) and Regulation Type control (using 4-20 mA signals for flow modulation), fitting various industrial automation requirements.
✅ Wide Material and Pressure Options: The valve body is available in robust materials including Cast Iron, Carbon Steel (WCB), or Stainless Steel (CF8/CF8M). With a Nominal Pressure rating of PN1.0 / PN1.6 MPa (150LB), it is safe for diverse media and pressure conditions in industrial pipelines.
