The DELCO ZCT Series is a versatile Pilot Piston Solenoid Valve constructed from durable Stainless Steel. Its design allows operation from zero pressure（0.0MPa）up to 1.0MPa,handling general industrial fluids like steam, hot water, and oil. With seal options up to 180℃ and 100% ED continuous duty coil, it ensures reliable control in demanding medium-pressure applications.

Zero-Start Capability and Corrosion-Resistant Stainless Body
✅ Pilot Piston Zero-Start Design: Unlike traditional pilot valves that require a minimum pressure differential, the ZCT is specifically designed to operate reliably from zero pressure （0.0MPa）up to its maximum pressure of 1.0MPa（10Bar）,greatly expanding its application range in low-pressure systems.
✅ Corrosion-Resistant Stainless Steel Body: The valve body is made from high-grade Stainless Steel, and internal metal parts use SS 304 / 430F, offering excellent corrosion resistance suitable for water, oil, steam, and slightly corrosive fluids.
✅ Versatile High-Temperature Sealing: Offers two excellent temperature seal options: VITON (FKM) for general use up to 120℃ and PTFE (Teflon) for high-temperature applications up to 180℃, meeting various media and working temperature requirements.
✅ Continuous Duty Reliability: Equipped with high-quality Y21H coils （18VA/AC）,the valve is rated for 100%ED （Continuous Duty).This guarantees the valve can remain energized for extended periods without coil burnout, ideal for automated continuous production lines.
✅ Compact Threaded Port Sizes: The valve primarily features compact threaded connections ranging from 3/8'' to 1’’, making it suitable for installations where space is limited or where moderate flow control is required.
