Extreme Temperature Handling and Flange Connection Robustness
✅ Pilot Piston Mechanism (High Flow & Pressure): The pilot-operated piston construction provides exceptional stability, achieving a large flow rate and reliably controlling fluid in high-pressure systems (up to 1.6MPa or 16Bar), requiring only a small minimum differential pressure (≥0.05MPa).
✅ Superior High-Temperature Sealing: Equipped with advanced sealing materials, notably PEEK for up to 300℃ and PTFE for up to 180℃, this valve is specifically engineered for critical high-temperature media like steam and hot oil.
✅ Flanged Connection Design: Featuring Flange connection options (from 1/2” up to 4”), the valve ensures a highly secure, leak-tight, and robust installation, which is essential for high-pressure steam and large pipeline systems.
✅ Wide Medium and Material Compatibility: Suitable for long-time working in pipeline systems controlling steam, hot water, oil, and similar fluids. The body is available in durable Stainless Steel and Brass, while internal components utilize SS 304 for excellent corrosion resistance.
✅ Continuous Duty Coil Options (100%ED): The solenoid comes with multiple coil options, including high-power S51H coils(70VA/AC or 50W/DC), all rated for 100%ED(Continuous Duty), guaranteeing long-term, non-stop operation without overheating.
