Features
Zero-Pressure Start and High-Reliability Diaphragm Sealing
✅ Direct-Acting Mechanism (Zero Pressure Start): The direct acting design enables operation without the need for differential pressure , expanding its application range and allowing it to function reliably even at zero pressure.
✅ Enhanced Sealing and Reliability: Features a flat or diaphragm structure (Membrane Structure) that ensures consistent sealing , thereby enhancing product lifespan and overall reliability.
✅ Wide Media Compatibility: The valve is suitable for controlling various media, including Air, gas, water, and oil.
✅ Versatile Temperature Options: The solenoid offers multiple sealing materials to handle different temperature ranges: NBR for up to 80℃, EPDM for up to 100℃, and VITON for up to 120℃.
✅ Low-Pressure System Suitability: It is specifically designed for zero-pressure start , with a maximum working pressure of 1.0MPa for the 2W21 series.
