Energy-Independent Control and Force Balance Precision
✅ Self-Actuated Mechanism (Energy Independent): The valve is driven solely by the medium's internal pressure change , eliminating the need for external power or gas sources. This simplifies installation, reduces operational costs, and ensures reliable pressure control in remote or power-limited working conditions.
✅ Precise Automatic Pressure Stability: Automatic pressure stability is achieved through the mechanical force balance between a pre-tensioned spring and a sensing diaphragm. The spring's pre-tension force sets the desired control pressure.
✅ Versatile Sensing Components: The valve offers flexible induction components tailored to the application. It features a diaphragm type for gas and low-pressure liquids, or a piston type for high-pressure liquids , with high-quality materials like 316L or Hastelloy alloy.
✅ Wide Material and Connection Options: The robust valve body is available in cast steel, stainless steel, or fluorine lining for corrosion-resistant media. Connection types include RF Flanged, SW (Socket Weld), and BW (Butt Weld) to accommodate various piping standards.
✅ High Temperature Capability: The standard bonnet type supports temperatures up to 80℃. For more demanding process environments, a middle temperature type with a condenser is available, extending the maximum operating temperature up to ≤ 350℃.
