Miniature Integrated Design and Robust Metal Gearing
✅ Miniature Integrated and Space-Saving Design: The brass ball valve and miniature electric actuator are integrated, which reduces the external volume and is convenient for installation on small equipment and instrument products.
✅ High-Precision, High-Torque Transmission: The internal transmission mechanism utilizes all-metal gears, ensuring high operational precision, large torque output (3N.m) , and a reliable life cycle of 70,000 times.
✅ Versatile Voltage and Control Methods: Supports a wide range of working voltages from DC5V up to AC/DC110-230V. Capable of multiple control methods, including receiving remote signals and providing feedback to intelligent detection units.
✅ Durable Brass Body and High Protection Class: The valve body is made of Brass with FKM & PTFE sealing , capable of handling fluid and air up to 1.0 MPa. The actuator has an IP67 protection class.
✅ Rapid Response and Optional Features: The valve offers a fast open/close time of ≤5s. It can be optionally equipped with a manual override function and an open/close indicator.
