Shearing Action and Optimized Slurry Handling
✅ Knife Gate Shearing Action: The valve's defining feature is the blade-shaped design at the bottom of the gate. This mechanism allows the valve to move vertically and effectively shear through thick slurry or material with high fiber content, preventing clogging and ensuring reliable closure.
✅ Pneumatic Automation and Control: Operated by a powerful Pneumatic Actuator, the valve provides quick and automated opening and closing cycles. It is available in both Single Acting (spring reset) and Double Acting (air on/off) configurations to suit various operational requirements.
✅ Harsh Condition Suitability: Specifically designed for harsh working conditions, the gate's ability to clear its sealing surfaces and the valve's simple, direct structure make it a durable and low-maintenance choice where conventional valves fail due to buildup.
✅ Pressure-Assisted Sealing: The gate moves perpendicular to the fluid direction. When closed, it relies on the medium pressure (self-sealing) or external force to ensure a forced, tight shutoff, minimizing leakage.
