The DELCO YCFP Series is a Direct Acting Solenoid Valve specifically designed for highly corrosive applications. Featuring a PTFE body and isolation diaphragm structure, it is resistant to strong acids and alkalis. It operates effectively from zero pressure （0.00 MPa) up to 0.15MPa,making it an essential, high-reliability component for precise control in chemical processes and dosing systems.

Extreme Corrosion Resistance and Zero Pressure Start Capability
✅ Ultimate Chemical Inertness (PTFE Construction): The valve body and sealing components are made from high-grade PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), providing unmatched resistance to virtually all corrosive liquids, including strong acids and alkalis.
✅ Direct-Acting Mechanism (Zero Pressure Start): As a direct-acting valve, the YCFP requires no minimum differential pressure （0.00 MPa) to operate. This ensures reliable on/off control even when the media pressure is extremely low or at a dead head.
✅ Isolation Diaphragm Structure: Features a unique isolation diaphragm that completely separates the metal armature tube and core from the corrosive fluid path. This design dramatically extends the lifespan and reliability of the internal electrical components.
✅ High Temperature for Corrosive Media: The PTFE sealing material allows the valve to safely handle corrosive fluids across a broad temperature range, from sub-zero -10℃ up to 180 ℃, suitable for demanding chemical processes.
✅ Compact Design and Versatile Port Size: With small thread port sizes ranging from 1/8” up to 1/2‘’, the valve is ideal for precise dosing, sampling, and integration into compact analytical instruments and complex chemical processing skids.
