DKKB Series Direct Acting High Pressure Solenoid Valve
The DELCO DKKB Series is a robust High Pressure Solenoid Valve engineered for extreme operating conditions. Constructed from Stainless Steel 304, it is capable of controlling medium and high pressures from 0.1MPa to 25.0 MPa, with variants extending to 50.0MPa. Utilizing highly durable PTFE and PEEK seals, this valve is essential for applications like air compressors, injection molding machines, and high-pressure fluid lines up to 250 ℃.

✅ Exceptional High-Pressure Capability: The valve is specifically designed for high-pressure systems, operating reliably from a low 0.1MPa up to an industrial maximum of 25.0 MPa (250 bar). Special configurations are available for pressures up to 50.0MPa (500 bar).
✅ Robust Pilot Piston Structure: Designed with a reinforced internal piston and diaphragm system, the valve maintains reliable sealing and switching functionality under sustained high differential pressures, ensuring zero leakage in the closed state.
✅ High-Performance Sealing Materials: Features PTFE and PEEK sealing components, offering superior resistance to wear, chemicals, and high temperatures up to 250℃. This ensures a long service life and reliable performance with hot water, compressed air, oil, and various industrial fluids.
✅ Durable Stainless Steel Construction: The entire valve body and internal armature are manufactured from high-grade Stainless Steel 304, providing excellent mechanical strength and strong resistance to corrosion from the working medium.
