Utilizing PEEK seals for exceptional durability, it reliably controls media from 0.05MPa up to 1.6MPa and temperatures up to 300℃. Its robust design and 100% ED coil ensure maximum flow and continuous, long-term stability in industrial processes.

PEEK Seal Durability and Max 300℃ Temperature Rating
✅ Pilot Piston Mechanism (High Pressure & Flow): This pilot-operated design requires a minimal differential pressure (≥ 0.05MPa) to handle high system pressures (up to 1.6 MPa). It effectively utilizes fluid power to control a larger orifice, delivering superior flow capacity compared to direct-acting models.
✅ Extreme Temperature Resistance: The valve is available with two high-performance sealing options: PEEK for severe high-temperature applications up to 300℃ and PTFE for temperatures up to 180℃, ensuring service longevity in boiler and heat transfer systems.
✅ Broad Media Compatibility: Suitable for various challenging media, including Steam, Hot Water, and Oil. The durable internal components (Stainless Steel 304/430F) and robust body materials (Stainless Steel, Brass) guarantee reliable operation across different industrial fluids.
✅ Continuous Duty Reliability: Equipped with high-efficiency Y42H coils （50VA/AC,20W/DC）, the valve is rated for 100% ED (Continuous Duty).This feature guarantees that the valve can remain energized for extended periods without coil burnout, essential for uninterrupted process control.
✅ Standard Threaded Connections: The valve offers conventional BSPP/NPT threaded connections from 1/2" up to 2" port sizes, providing flexibility and ease of installation and replacement within existing pipeline infrastructure.
