The DELCO ZCFP Series is a slightly corrosion-resistant solenoid valve with UPVC/CPVC plastic body suitable for mild corrosive fluids, including salt, weak acid, and alkali solutions (e.g., sulfuric acid ＜10%). Available in both Direct Acting (zero-start) and Pilot Operated types, it offers reliable and cost-effective fluid control for water treatment and light chemical applications.

UPVC/CPVC Body and Dual Operation Mode Flexibility
✅ Mild Corrosion Resilience (UPVC/CPVC): The body is constructed from highly durable, corrosion-resistant UPVC or CPVC material. This makes the valve ideal for media such with low concentrations of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid (typically ＜10% concentration, fluid temp ＜50℃).
✅ Optimized Piston Isolation Structure: Employs an isolated piston structure to physically separate the metal core from the media path. This design significantly enhances the service life and long-term reliability of the valve when handling mildly corrosive fluids.
✅ Dual Operating Mode Flexibility: The ZCFP is offered in two critical types:
Pilot Operated: For higher pressure applications (up to 0.6MPa), requiring a minimum start pressure.
Direct Acting: For ultra-low pressure or gravity-fed systems (operates from zero pressure).
✅ Wide Range of Port Sizes: Supports common industrial pipeline sizes with threaded connections from 1/2'' up to a large 2-1/2'',providing solutions for flow rates in various process lines.
✅ FKM/EPDM Sealing Options: Features reliable seal materials like FKM (Viton) and EPDM, allowing users to select the best chemical compatibility for their specific acid, alkali, or salt solutions.
