DELCO's DK66-2PS Series Pneumatic 2-Piece Threaded Ball Valve integrates a stainless steel ball valve with a pneumatic actuator. This valve is characterized by its simple, lightweight structure and low operating torque, making it suitable for small to medium-sized (DN15-DN50) low-pressure pipelines. It offers fast shut-off capability and excellent sealing, commonly used for automated or manual control in Water Treatment, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and Gas Pipeline systems.

Lightweight Structure and Automated Control for Fluid Systems
✅ Simple and Lightweight 2-Piece Threaded Design: The valve body is tightly secured by threading the two main pieces together, providing a simple, light structure that is easy to install and maintain, especially in pipelines ranging from DN15 to DN50.
✅ Reliable Pneumatic Automation: Utilizes the new AT Series Pneumatic Actuator (available in double-acting or single-acting/spring return) with a gear-and-rack drive, offering high reliability, large output torque, and precise 90℃angular stroke for fast and accurate ON/OFF control.
✅ Excellent Corrosion Resistance: The body and key components are made from stainless steel (e.g., CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M), providing strong resistance to corrosion and compatibility with various media including water, gas, and weak acids/alkalis.
✅ High-Temperature Sealing Options: Standard sealing uses PTFE, with the option to upgrade to PPL (Para-position polyphenylene) for enhanced temperature resistance, allowing the valve to operate reliably under high-temperature conditions.
✅ Versatile Industry Application: Specifically engineered for flow control in Water Treatment, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, as well as general-purpose fluid and gas pipelines.
