The DELCO BZ643TC Pneumatic Ceramic Swing Valve is the ultimate solution for handling abrasive dry solids. Featuring a Toughened Engineering Ceramic sealing face, the disc rotates and swings to cut through ash and slag. Powered by a pneumatic actuator, it is widely used in pneumatic conveying systems for power plants, mining, and metallurgy where metal valves fail quickly due to erosion.

A heavy-duty pneumatic valve with self-lapping ceramic sealing faces, designed to resist extreme abrasion in fly ash and solid conveying systems.
✅Extreme Wear Resistance: The sealing faces are made from Zirconia or Alumina Ceramic (HRA ≥ 88), which is harder than most metals, providing a service life 5-10 times longer than standard Pneumatic Metal Seated Valves in abrasive media.
✅Self-Lapping Rotation: The disc rotates and swings during operation, creating a self-lapping action that polishes the sealing surface with every cycle, ensuring tight sealing is maintained over time.
✅Full Bore Flow: The valve opens to a full bore obstruction-free path, preventing bridging and clogging of dry powders like coal ash, cement, and mining slag.
