The DELCO DK17B features Butt Weld (BW) ends for direct integration into hygienic pipelines, eliminating potential leak paths associated with threaded connections. Powered by a pneumatic actuator, it is capable of high-frequency cycling for steam, water, and gas control. Its versatile design allows for flow-below-seat installation to eliminate water hammer.

A high-cycle pneumatic angle seat valve with welded connections and flexible flow direction options, designed to minimize water hammer in steam and liquid systems.
✅Hygienic Welded Connection: Designed with Butt Weld (BW) ends, allowing for a smooth, crevice-free connection to the pipeline, ideal for food and beverage applications where Threaded Angle Seat Valves might trap bacteria.
✅Anti-Water Hammer Design: Supports Flow-Below-Seat installation (fluid enters from the lower port), which cushions the closing impact to effectively reduce water hammer and protect pipeline equipment.
✅High Flow Efficiency: The Y-pattern body structure provides a high Kv value with minimal pressure drop, allowing for efficient handling of high-viscosity fluids and steam.
✅Visual Position Indicator: Features a clear pop-up pin on the top cap that extends when the valve is open, providing immediate visual confirmation of the valve status to operators.
✅Versatile Pneumatic Control: Compatible with standard air supplies, offering Double Acting (air open/air close) or Single Acting (spring return) control modes for fail-safe operation.
