The DELCO DK66-CF is a specialized pneumatic ball valve featuring a thick fluoroplastic lining (PTFE, FEP, PFA) on both the inner cavity and ball. This fully lined design completely isolates the metal body from the medium, providing exceptional resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. It is the ultimate solution for corrosive chemical pipelines where metal valves fail.

✅Full Bore Flow: Designed with a full-port straight-through flow path to minimize medium residue and pressure drop, preventing crystallization and blockage common in chemical processing.
✅Reliable Pneumatic Automation: Powered by a heavy-duty AT or AW pneumatic actuator (Double Acting or Spring Return), providing the high torque needed to operate the lined ball reliably even after long periods of inactivity.
✅Bubble-Tight Sealing: The integral ball and stem design (or precision-lined ball) works with PTFE seats to ensure zero leakage, critical for environmental safety in electroplating and pharmaceutical plants.
