The DELCO DK67-DCF is a heavy-duty pneumatic butterfly valve featuring a Double Flanged Body and complete PTFE+FEP lining. Designed for large-diameter corrosive pipelines, it offers superior sealing stability over wafer valves. Equipped with a pneumatic actuator and smart positioner, it supports precise 4-20mA modulation for aggressive chemical gas and liquid control.

A fully PTFE/FEP lined pneumatic flange butterfly valve designed for precise 4-20mA control of highly corrosive fluids in large-diameter industrial pipelines.
✅Double Layer Fluorine Lining: Features a thick PTFE+FEP lining on both the valve body and disc, completely isolating metal parts from the medium to resist strong acid mists and electroplating waste gas.
✅Secure Flanged Connection: The Double Flanged (ANSI 150 / DIN PN16) design provides rigid structural support, making it safer and more stable than Pneumatic Wafer Butterfly Valves for large pipe sizes and end-of-line service.
✅Precision Pneumatic Modulation: Integrated with a pneumatic actuator and Valve Positioner, enabling accurate flow regulation via 4-20mA signals, ideal for critical chemical dosing and exhaust scrubbing.
✅Zero Leakage Performance: The resilient backing of the liner ensures ANSI Class VI (Soft Seal) bubble-tight shutoff, preventing hazardous gas leakage in phosphate fertilizer and chemical plants.
