The DELCO DKS-IP67 Electric Actuator is designed for robust and reliable automation of 0°to 90° quarter-turn valves (including ball and butterfly types) across severe industrial environments. Its hard aluminum alloy housing undergoes anodic oxidation and polyester powder coating, achieving a high degree of corrosion resistance with an environmental rating of IP67 (NEMA 4 & 6). Capable of delivering up to 2000 N.m maximum torque, and supporting versatile power (AC/DC) and control signals (4-20mA / 0-10VDC), the DKS series offers precise positioning and dependable, automated control for demanding applications in petroleum, chemical, power, and water treatment.

A high-torque, corrosion-resistant electric actuator with an IP67 rating, providing precise proportional control and reliable quarter-turn automation for valves in wide-ranging industrial applications.
✅Advanced Corrosion Protection (IP67):The hard aluminum alloy housing features anodic oxidation and polyester powder coating for maximum corrosion resistance, meeting IP67 (NEMA 4 & 6) ingress protection standards, with optional IP68 and explosion-proof models available.
✅Powerful & Protected Motor:Utilizes a fully enclosed, high-torque squirrel-cage motor with low inertia. The motor is F-class insulated and includes a built-in overheating protection switch to prevent damage and ensure longevity.
✅Reliable Dual Limit System:Features both mechanical and electronic double limiting. The electronic cam mechanism allows for simple, accurate, and non-battery-dependent position setting, with durable silver contacts for high reliability.
✅Flexible Manual Override:Designed with an integrated hand lever for safe, reliable manual operation when power is unavailable. The lever securely stores away in a clip when not in manual
operation.
✅Standardized & Versatile Installation:The mounting base conforms to the ISO 5211 / DIN 337 international standard. The double-square bore facilitates easy linear or 45° angle mounting, supporting flexible vertical or horizontal installation orientations.
