The DELCO IP67-DK56-FB-G is a high-performance metal-to-metal seated butterfly valve engineered for extreme conditions. Unlike soft-seated valves, its multi-layer metal seal can withstand high temperatures (up to 425°C) and high pressures. Powered by an IP67 electric actuator, it is the perfect choice for steam and hot gas regulation.

✅Metal-to-Metal Hard Seal: Features a multi-layered stainless steel/graphite seal that allows operation at temperatures up to 425°C, far exceeding the limits of rubber-lined Electric Lined Butterfly Valves.
✅Triple Offset Design: The triple eccentric geometry eliminates friction between the disc and seat during travel, ensuring a long cycle life and tight shutoff even under high pressure.
✅IP67 Robust Actuator: The heavy-duty IP67 electric actuator provides high torque output and weather resistance, suitable for harsh power plant and refinery environments.
✅High Pressure Capability: The robust flanged body and metal seal allow for higher pressure ratings (PN25/PN40), making it suitable for steam and thermal oil lines.
✅Precise Modulation: The triple offset design provides excellent flow control characteristics, allowing for accurate throttling of steam and gas flow.
