DELCO Pneumatic Linear Gate Valve - High Pressure Isolation, Metal/Soft Seal
The DELCO Pneumatic Gate Valve is a heavy-duty isolation valve designed for full-open or full-closed service. Driven by a powerful pneumatic piston actuator, it lifts the wedge or parallel gate to provide an unobstructed flow path with minimal resistance. Built for extreme conditions, it handles temperatures from -196°C to 500°C and pressures up to PN6.4MPa.

A robust pneumatic linear gate valve with low flow resistance and extreme temperature capability, designed for high-pressure isolation of clean fluids.
✅Minimal Flow Resistance: When fully open, the gate retracts completely to create a straight-through flow path, resulting in significantly lower pressure drop than Pneumatic Globe Valves, making it ideal for main line isolation.
✅Extreme Temp & Pressure: Engineered to withstand harsh environments ranging from cryogenic -196°C to high-heat 500°C and pressures up to PN6.4MPa, utilizing metal hard seals (Stellite) or soft seals (EPDM).
✅Pneumatic Piston Actuation: Powered by a double-acting or spring-return piston actuator (4-8 bar supply), providing the high linear thrust needed to seat and unseat the gate against high differential pressures.
✅Optional Insulation Jacket: The valve body can be equipped with an insulation sleeve to prevent medium condensation or heat loss, critical for steam and viscous fluid lines.
✅Tight Sealing: Relying on the downward thrust of the actuator to force the wedge gate between the seats, it achieves a tight seal with low leakage rates, ensuring reliable shutoff.
