The DELCO Pneumatic Pinch Valve is the simplest and most reliable solution for controlling abrasive and corrosive media. By using compressed air to squeeze a robust rubber sleeve shut, it completely isolates the valve body from the fluid. This design guarantees zero leakage and clog-free flow for cement, sand, sewage, and granular solids.

A heavy-duty pneumatic valve utilizing a replaceable rubber sleeve to pinch off flow, ensuring reliable isolation for abrasive slurries and powders.
✅100% Full Bore Flow: When open, the valve behaves like a straight piece of pipe with absolutely no obstructions or dead zones, providing superior flow capacity compared to Pneumatic Knife Gate Valves and preventing clogging.
✅Pneumatic Direct Acting: Compressed air enters the valve housing to directly compress the rubber sleeve, closing it tightly even around trapped solids. No external actuator or mechanical linkage is required.
✅Replaceable Rubber Sleeve: The high-grade reinforced sleeve (Natural Rubber/EPDM) is the only wetted part. It can be easily replaced on-site, restoring the valve to new condition at a fraction of the cost of replacing a metal valve.
✅Abrasion & Corrosion Proof: Since the medium only touches the rubber sleeve, the valve body is immune to wear and chemical attack, making it ideal for limestone slurry, pneumatic conveying, and mining tailings.
✅Excellent Sealing: The elasticity of the sleeve allows it to seal bubble-tight around particles, fibers, and debris, solving leakage problems common in rigid-seat valves.
