✅Shearing Blade Mechanism: The sharp, beveled edge of the stainless steel gate acts like a guillotine, shearing through fibers, pulp, and debris upon closure, preventing the jamming issues common in Pneumatic Wedge Gate Valves.
✅Self-Cleaning Seat: As the gate closes, it scrapes adhesive residues off the sealing surface, automatically removing impurities to maintain a reliable seal even with high-viscosity media.
✅Compact & Lightweight: Its wafer-thin body design is significantly lighter and occupies less space than traditional gate valves, simplifying installation and reducing pipeline stress.
✅Pneumatic Automation: Available with Double Acting or Single Acting (Spring Return) actuators, allowing for rapid remote control and fail-safe operation in critical slurry lines.
✅Wide Operating Range: Capable of handling pressures from 1.0MPa to 2.5MPa and temperatures from -29°C to 650°C (with appropriate seals), making it versatile for diverse harsh conditions.
