The DELCO ZJHM Pneumatic Butt Weld Control Valve is engineered for critical applications where flange leakage is not an option. Featuring Butt Weld (BW) or Socket Weld (SW) ends, it integrates directly into the pipeline for a permanent, high-integrity connection. Powered by a multi-spring diaphragm actuator, it provides precise modulation for high-temperature steam and high-pressure fluids.

A high-integrity pneumatic control valve with welded connections and sleeve-guided trim, designed for zero-leakage integration in high-pressure and high-temperature pipelines.
✅Leak-Free Welded Connection: Designed with Butt Weld (BW) ends to form a permanent, seamless joint with the pipeline, eliminating potential leak points common in Flanged Control Valves under thermal cycling.
✅Stable Sleeve Guided Trim: The ZJHM Sleeve (Cage) design provides full-length guidance for the valve plug, significantly reducing vibration and wear when handling high pressure drops or turbulent flows.
✅High Temperature & Pressure: The welded body integrity combined with metal-to-metal seating makes it ideal for severe service conditions, such as superheated steam or high-pressure feedwater systems.
✅Compact Multi-Spring Actuator: Equipped with a lightweight ZHA/B multi-spring diaphragm actuator that delivers high thrust with a low profile, ensuring responsive 4-20mA modulation.
✅Low Noise & Anti-Cavitation: The sleeve trim can be customized with specialized window shapes to effectively suppress noise and prevent cavitation damage in demanding fluid control loops.
