The DELCO DK55-TF Series is an Electric 3-Way Flanged Ball Valve designed for automatic fluid control. Utilizing robust Stainless Steel or WCB materials and a choice of L-Pattern or T-Pattern bore configurations, this valve is essential for changing flow direction, diverting, or merging media in three interconnected pipelines. It offers reliable, flexible control for applications up to 1.6 MPa.

L/T-Pattern Versatility and Flanged Industrial Integration
✅ T-Pattern and L-Pattern Flow Versatility: The valve features a specialized ball core design offering both T-Pattern and L-Pattern configurations. This allows for complex flow management, including the ability to switch two perpendicular channels, close any one channel, or merge/divert fluids with high flexibility.
✅ Electric Automation and Remote Control: Paired with an electric actuator, the valve enables fast, precise, and automated 90℃ or 180℃ rotation for reliable flow switching. This allows for easy integration into Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and remote operation, enhancing overall system efficiency.
✅ Flanged Connection and High Pressure Rating: Equipped with standard Flanged Connections, the valve ensures secure, high-integrity installation in main process lines. It is constructed to meet a Nominal Pressure rating of at least PN16 (1.6 MPa), making it suitable for medium-pressure industrial systems.
✅ Durable Stainless Steel Construction: The main components are available in high-grade materials, including Stainless Steel (304/316 equivalent) and WCB. This ensures exceptional corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, suitable for various industrial liquids, gases, and mildly aggressive media.
✅ Zero Leakage and Reliable Sealing: The valve utilizes high-performance sealing materials like PTFE (Teflon) and Graphite Metal Composite Pads. This combination ensures a tight, bi-directional shutoff and extends the service life in demanding environments.
