The DELCO Electric Fluorine Lined Flanged Butterfly Valve is a high-performance chemical valve engineered for reliability in severely corrosive environments. It combines a durable metal body (Cast Iron/WCB/SS) fully protected by an industrial-grade PTFE (Teflon) lining with a sophisticated electric actuator. Designed with Flanged Connections for structural superiority in high-pressure and large-diameter pipelines (especially recommended for sizes exceeding DN600), this valve provides reliable automated control (ON-OFF or Modulating) over virtually all concentrations of acid, alkali, and solvents up to 1.6MPa.

Flanged Integrity and Universal Chemical Inertness

✅ Universal Chemical Resistance: The valve body and all overcurrent components are lined with thick PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) using advanced lining technology.
