The DELCO Electric Fluorine Lined Wafer Butterfly Valve is the ideal isolation product for pipelines and containers in severe chemical services. It utilizes specialized Lining Technology to apply thick polymer materials, primarily PTFE (Teflon), to all overcurrent components, ensuring excellent anti-corrosion performance. Driven by an electric actuator, this valve is capable of controlling the flow of any concentration of acid, alkali, salt, oxidant, or organic solvent in systems up to 1.6MPa.

Universal Chemical Compatibility and Automated Control
✅ Universal Corrosion Resistance: The core benefit is the valve's comprehensive fluorine lining (PTFE) on the body and disc. This lining isolates the base metal (Cast Iron, WCB, or Stainless Steel) from the medium, making the valve chemically inert and suitable for handling nearly all known corrosive liquids, including concentrated mineral acids and powerful oxidizers.
✅ Wide Temperature Adaptability: The PTFE lining provides high thermal stability, allowing the valve to operate reliably across a broad temperature range, which is essential in chemical and pharmaceutical processing where temperatures frequently fluctuate.

It maintains structural integrity with Nominal Pressure ratings of 1.0 MPa and 1.6 MPa(150LB equivalent), ensuring safety in medium-pressure processes.
