Advanced Forged Construction and Versatile Integrated Actuator Control
✅ Robust Forged Steel High-Pressure Body: The main valve components are precision-forged, which inherently eliminates the structural defects of cast steel valves and ensures superior compression uniformity for stable operation under high working pressure conditions.
✅ Versatile Media Compatibility: The valve is designed to handle both non-corrosive media such as water, oil, and gas, as well as corrosive media, including acidic and alkaline substances.
✅ Integrated Actuator with Flexible Control Options: The angular stroke electric actuator adopts an integrated structure, capable of direct ON/OFF control using 220V power supply. It can also be equipped with a servo module for modulating control via 4~20mAdc or 1~5VDC signals.
✅ Durable, High-Torque Self-Locking Mechanism: The actuator features an accurate turbo-worm structure, ensuring high-efficiency torque output with a self-lock function to reliably prevent reverse rotation and maintain valve position.
✅ High Protection and Overheat-Proof Motor: The hard aluminum alloy actuator body is treated for excellent corrosion resistance and achieves a waterproof protection class of IP65. The motor utilizes F-grade insulation to effectively prevent overheating and ensure a long service life.
