High Control Accuracy and Fail-Safe Positioning

Precise Flow Regulation: Utilizing a conical or flat seal valve core and linear movement, the pneumatic globe valve is excellent for throttling and modulating fluid flow rates. When equipped with a positioner, it can achieve high-precision control via a 4-20mA signal, with fast response speeds crucial for dynamic automation systems.

High Pressure Capability: Built to handle nominal pressures ranging from PN1.6 up to PN6.4 (1.6 MPato 6.4 MPa), the design is inherently suited for high-differential pressure services where tight shutoff and reliable performance under stress are required.

Fail-Safe Automatic Reset: The pneumatic actuator is typically equipped with a compressed spring. Upon loss of air source or power, the spring drives the valve core to automatically reset to a predetermined safe position (Fully Open or Fully Closed), ensuring system safety.
