Designed for large-scale industrial heating networks, this heavy-duty flanged brass piston solenoid valve withstands temperatures up to 180°C, offering a highly cost-effective and ultra-durable solution for main steam headers and hot water distribution.
1. Secure Flanged Integration (DN15-DN100): Equipped with large industrial-standard flanges, ensuring maximum pipeline rigidity, absorbing steam-induced vibration, and simplifying maintenance in large-diameter piping systems.
2. 180°C Steam Piston Durability: Replaces standard diaphragms with a rugged brass piston and high-temperature PTFE seals, preventing thermal degradation and ensuring a significantly longer lifespan in continuous 180°C steam cycles.
3. Cost-Effective Heavy-Duty Brass: Forged from high-quality heavy-duty brass, providing excellent thermal conductivity and mechanical strength at a much lower cost than stainless steel for non-corrosive steam/water applications.
4. Efficient 0.3-10 Bar Pilot Operation: The pilot-operated mechanism requires only a 0.3 Bar minimum differential to easily control massive fluid volumes up to 10 Bar, drastically reducing electrical power consumption.
