The DELCO DK55-TFC is a heavy-duty, electric-actuated 3-way flanged ball valve engineered for automated flow diversion, mixing, and bypass in severe industrial piping systems. Built with a rugged ASTM A216 WCB cast steel body and an ISO 5211 direct-mount high-torque actuator, it delivers reliable remote switching via L-port (diverting) or T-port (multi-flow/mixing) patterns. Available in ANSI Class 150 / DIN PN16 configurations with ON/OFF or 4-20mA modulating control options.

Includes manual override handwheel/wrench for emergency operation.

• Standardized Flanged Connection & Leak-Free Sealing:

Precision-machined flange ends comply with ANSI B16.5 (Class 150/300), DIN EN 1092-1 (PN16/25/40), or JIS 10K/20K standards. Paired with reinforced PTFE (RPTFE) seats and anti-blowout stem design, ensuring ANSI FCI 70-2 Class VI bubble-tight shutoff and extended cycle life.

• Factory Tested & Certified Reliability:

Every valve undergoes 100% shell hydrostatic and seat air testing in accordance with API 598 / EN 12266 before dispatch. Full material test reports (MTR/EN 10204 3.1) and technical documentation provided upon request.
