The DELCO DK60-S2 is an ultra-compact, motorized 2-way stainless steel ball valve equipped with an integrated electronic cycle timer, designed for automated periodic fluid discharge, sampling, and line purging. Combining a precision-cast SS304/SS316 full-bore ball valve with a direct-mounted micro-actuator, it provides an unobstructed flow path that completely eliminates the clogging and jamming issues common in traditional solenoid valves. Users can easily program valve open times and pause intervals to automate condensate drainage in compressed air lines, periodic chemical dosing, or equipment washdown. With its miniature footprint, zero minimum differential pressure requirement, and bubble-tight PTFE sealing, the DK60-S2 delivers reliable, maintenance-free automated cycling in space-constrained industrial systems.

• Anti-Clogging Full-Port Stainless Steel Body:
Constructed from investment-cast SS304 or SS316 with a full-bore flow orifice. Unlike pilot-operated solenoid valves with tortuous fluid paths and tiny orifices that trap rust and sludge, the straight-through ball design allows debris, scale, and viscous fluids to pass freely.
• Zero Pressure Differential Required (0 to 1.6 MPa):
Driven by a direct-geared motor mechanism, the valve opens and closes reliably from 0 bar (zero line pressure or gravity drain) up to 16 bar. It requires no pipeline pressure differential to actuate or seal.
• High-Torque Micro Drive with Stall/Overheat Protection:
Equipped with precision metal reduction gearing and an intelligent micro-motor featuring internal stall and thermal overload protection. Operates with minimal power consumption and cuts off automatically upon reaching end-of-stroke, extending service life across frequent switching cycles.
• Bubble-Tight Bidirectional Sealing:
Utilizes wear-resistant Virgin PTFE ball seats combined with high-grade FKM (Viton) O-rings, providing ANSI Class VI zero-leakage shutoff and broad compatibility with water, compressed air, condensate, and mildly aggressive chemicals.
